Our team is formed of a highly reputed doctor, health coach and a chef par excellence. We have come together to help people get rid of excess weight for the prevention of common lifestyle diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol and many others. 

All 3 of us suffered from health issues due to overweight until we came upon the scientific and proven path of whole plant based nutrition and lifestyle. Now we want to share this with as many people as possible and we will teach you how!



Dr. Rashmi Menon is a qualified medical doctor, specializing in homoeopathy, psychotherapy and clinical hypnotherapy. After suffering a host of medical problems, ranging from endometriosis to migraines, Rashmi changed her lifestyle and released 15 kgs of excess weight.

Since 2014, she has been guiding her patients on wholesome plant based nutrition with miraculous results in patients of all ages – children, young and the aged.

She has successfully helped many people manage and reverse their lifestyle diseases by working on the holistic aspects of mind, body and nutrition. Her patients have been helped to reverse and manage their diabetes, hypertension, renal diseases, endometriosis, PCOD, and even cancer.

She is also a consultant at Dr. Rajan Shankaran’s The Other Song Clinic of Homoeopathy, guiding and training the doctors there in Plant based nutrition to benefit the overall health and wellbeing of all their patients.

Nandini Gulati is a nutrition and lifestyle coach with a unique approach to healthy living. She integrates the natural wisdom of the body with the latest scientific findings about nutrition, lifestyle and building optimal daily habits. 

After completing her MBA, Nandini worked for multi-national corporations for 15 years living and working in India, USA, Hong Kong and Europe. She is trained in psychotherapy and counseling and Neuro-Linguistic Programming in London.

Her personal health story of releasing 25 kgs of weight and reversing high blood pressure, combined with her training skills led her to embark on a career in health coaching since 2011.



Nandini coaches individuals and organizations in nutrition and healthy lifestyle. She also offers programs online and health retreats. She is the co-author of Guilt-free Vegan Cookbook containing 108 recipes designed for urban Indians who enjoy world cuisines.



Mayavi Khandelwal is a nutrition coach and chef par excellence. Her journey towards health is based on her personal experience of being overweight and having very high diabetes and high blood pressure. She is a certified Nutrition & Health Coach. She is also a trained psychoanalytical psychotherapist. In 2014, her friend advised her to speak to a plant-based doctor and that changed her life. She has now reversed her diabetes, hypothyroid, high blood pressure.

Furthermore she has lost 27 kilos just by changing her diet. She was so inspired with the changes that she now helps others to make the change in their own life and take their health in their own hands. 

Energised by her new lifestyle, in 2016, Mayavi ran a half marathon! When people ask what her ‘ specialty’ is, she often replies ‘ tasty & healthy recipes for life’ . Her recipes have been featured in the BBC Good Food Magazine.
